Refund policy

Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase. After the cancellation has processed, you will receive a full refund.

Unfortunately, due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or changes. However, we want all of our customer to be 100% in love with our products! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to fix it!

Theba Outfitters takes pride in our products. If there is an error or flaw, please message me to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Many of our products offer multiple customizations. If you order one of our customized color product and do not specify a color, it will be shipped as shown in the first listing photo.

If you order a customized name product please specify the name in the order notes section. If you forget to do so, please send us a message ASAP after ordering with the name. If we do not hear from you within one week, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
