Processing time for orders
3-5 Business days
Turn around times may vary due to order volume; most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Please specify when ordering if you need your items expedited and we will do our best to accommodate.  *Note- additional rush charges may apply to expedited orders. 

Estimated shipping times 
North America: 1-4 business days via USPS.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been delivered to USPS for shipment.

Tracking and Insurance
Tracking is included with all shipping. Insurance is available upon request for an additional fee. Please specify when ordering if you would like insurance by adding a note to your order.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Theba Outfitters is not responsible for delays due to customs when shipping products outside the U.S.
